Student volunteers are needed for the 2009-10 school year at Academy Child Development Center’s Before & After K.A.V.E. Club program located at Stone Mill E.S.  Student volunteers will be working with children between 5-11 years old.  Volunteers will assist the School-Age staff in the facilitation of games, clubs and homework time. 

All student volunteers must be at least 16 years of age and must have a “B” average.  Volunteers need two written references from current teachers accompanied by a copy of his/her most recent grade report.  Additionally, each volunteer must submit a copy of his/her current Health Inventory and Immunization Record completed by their physician.  An emergency form must also be completed by the volunteer’s parent/guardian.  Student volunteers are asked to commit to volunteering one day per week.
